More June Fun

6/19  Elijah's teeball tournament.

My little girl is 8 months old! Still super happy and always smiling. Lydia is wearing 3-6 month clothes and size 2 diapers. She eats cereal with fruit when she feels like it, which seems to come and go. She eats 5-6oz of formula per feeding. She's still crawling around, and has been getting braver while cruising around furniture.

First Week of June

6/2 Lydia in the grass for the first time. At first she didn't know what to think, then about 10 seconds later she decided she didn't like it.  I picked her up and we sat at the picnic table and watched Seth swing.  He loves to show Lydia how he can pump all by himself (yet another thing this child taught himself how to do-crazy!)

6/4 Elijah is in tball this summer, and unfortunately it meets from 12:45-1:30-right over nap time. Seth was playing in the living room, then all of a sudden cuddled up with Lydia's blanket and went to sleep. You can see Miss Lydia in the background cruising along the TV stand. Little girl is busy!
6/5  All three kids playing together very nicely!
It was super hot out, so Lydia and I sat in the shade (on a blanket this time) while the boys played in the sprinkler

Elijah had Vacation Bible School this week, and his program was tonight. Here's one of the songs that they did.

End of May

Elijah graduated from preschool on May 23.  Here he is getting his diploma from Ms. L.

Chris was gone for a week and a half, so to get some fun family time we got a hotel room and took Lydia swimming for the first time.  She loved it!!

I finally dug out all the baby toys for Lydia.  I think the boys are having more fun with them than Lydia is!

Elijah Reading

Elijah is reading like crazy!  It's amazing how many words he knows and how good he's getting at sounding out those that he doesn't.  Today was he last day of preschool, so he is officially a Kindergartener now!  And Seth is a Preschooler-my boys are growing up too fast!

Lydia is 7 months now!  She's stil in 3-6 month clothes, but has been wearing bigger sizes too just because it's what we have for summer clothes.  She still eats between 4-5 oz at each feeding, and is eating cereal with fruit twice a day.  We've tried plain fruit and veggies, but she loves her cereal.  She's a crawling maniac now, and gets around the house very easily!  She's started pulling up and furniture, and can cruise from one end of the couch to the other.  She's a happy baby who loves her brothers-they can still get giggles and smiles like no one else!
