Lydia's Baptism
Lydia was baptized by Father Tim, who also baptized Elijah, Seth, and Uncle Dom-Lydia's Godfather.

Lydia's Baptismal gown is very special for a couple reasons-it was made from my wedding gown by Grandma Mary (Chris' mom)

3 Weeks Comparison
Usually I think Lydia looks like Seth with a hint of Elijah, but in these pics she totally looks like Elijah. It will be interesting to see who she looks like as she gets older! (Order is Elijah, Lydia, Seth)

2 Weeks!
Lydia had her 2 weeks appointment on Tuesday. She weighed 7lbs 11oz (up from her birth weight of 7lbs 4 oz at birth and 7lbs .2oz when we left the hospital) and was 19.5" long (19" at birth). At her appointment she got lots of snuggles from Dr. P since she really didn't get to hold Lydia in the hospital.

Happy Halloween!

My monkey, duck, and firefighter. It was a beautiful night-temps in the 40s while we were out trick or treating. No need for heavy jackets, hats, and gloves this year!

Lydia Meets Her Great Great Grandparents
This is what the middle seat of my van looks like. :) Our first trip out of town with Lydia, and our first outing with the four of us (Daddy was at drill).

One Week Old
Hard to believe that my little Lydia is already a week old! She's been pretty good to Mommy & Daddy-she's been on a pretty regular feeding schedule since the day she was born. The times might move around an hour or so early or late, but she's pretty consistent with times and number of feedings. She loves when her big brothers are home-she sleeps best when they're playing and being loud. Mommy vacuumed one day and Lydia didn't even move when the vacuum turned on! We're working on getting her to sleep in her crib at night, but so far we're losing that one. She sleeps great in there during the day if it's noisy, but I think it's just too quiet at night for her. Her brothers adore her, and love to give her hugs and kisses. They love to help out, and are willing to grab diapers, pacifiers, and whatever else she needs.

Lydia's First Outing
Lydia went to church today, her first outing since coming home from the hospital. She did make a quick stop at Target on the way home from the hospital, but she was bundled up in her car seat under the cover the entire time so no one would bother her. Mommy bought her the pink and brown blanket during that Target trip-first girly thing Mommy bought her.
This is how Daddy handed Lydia to them...
As close to a family picture as we can get for now...
