Halloween 2010
Carving pumpkins on Wednesday. That's about as far as Elijah would stick his hand in the pumpkin.
Seth with a pumpkin seed.
Sunday afternoon-getting ready for Trick or Treat Street at the AmericInn

Sunday early evening-sharing a chair and watching football.
Elijah and our new cat Elmo. The boys found him in the window well of the toy room one day, and after a couple days of repeatedly finding him there, Daddy felt sorry for him and took him in.
Ready for trick-or-treating! The boys had fun going door to door-when we told them it was time to go home they wanted to keep going!

Pumpkin Patch
Today we met up with friends Jenn & Mari and headed out to the pumpkin patch! Here's the kiddos on the hay ride. Seth was a little tired...
But perked up with a little prompting.

Seth is Potty Training!
A couple weeks before school started, Seth ran out of diapers and I decided I was done buying diapers! So we started Seth is pull-ups, and tried putting him on the potty. He wouldn't go when he was on the potty, but would go right after he got off, and soon he started going right before we put him on the potty so I knew the stinker knew how to control his bladder. Over the past three weeks he'll have a great day here and there, but nothing really consistent. Then the past week or so he'd do great at home, but wouldn't really try at daycare. Well, the past 2 days he's been dry all day at daycare!! I am super excited-Elijah didn't potty train until 3 1/2, and that was because I had it and took away his diapers/pull-ups over Christmas break last year and did 3 day potty training with him (he didn't train completely, but it gave him enough of a start that by March he was pretty much trained). So potty training both boys in one year is very exciting, and having Seth decide to train on his own is even more exciting! Only problem is that so far Seth only likes to go on the potty chair, so we'll see what happens when we're out and about. Elijah never went on the potty, and only used the kids seat on the toilet for a couple weeks before he decided he didn't like that either, so this is very different in many ways! Keep up the great work, Seth!!
