Elijah and His Stitches

So it's been about a week and a half since Elijah got his stitches, and so far it looks really good. I was worried he would constantly suck on his lip like he did the night he got them put in, but he never did it again after the lidocaine wore off. He also never touched them, so we proved the doctor wrong-he though Elijah would have them pulled out within a week! He hates having his face cleaned, and now with the stitches in it's even harder. He won't let me take a good look at his lip either, but from what I can see it looks good. The swelling has gone way down, and hopefully the scar will be really small and fade away in time. Unfortunately he didn't learn is lesson, and is still his crazy self, tripping and falling everywhere.
