Water Park Fun

Today we went to the Canad Inn water park with our friends Megan, Teri, and Alex. When we first got there, Seth was a little overwhelmed by all the water and noise and was very clingy. After 10 minutes of watching Elijah play in the water, he decided that maybe it was ok and let me put him down.


Then we went over to the kiddie slide area because Elijah wanted to slide. Elijah went down by himself just fine, but Seth didn't want to go which is weird because last time we were there he did. The first time he went down, he walked up to the slide ok, but as soon as he started to sit down to get ready to come down he cried, and he cried the whole way down-it was kinda funny. I went down with him about 10 times, and then I tricked him and sent him down by himself and had Megan catch him. After that he decided it was ok to go by himself.




We went all over the park-spent lots of time on the lazy river, in the hot tub, in the splash area, and the kiddie slide area. When we decided it was time to go home, we went to the hot tub to warm up. Seth was falling asleep in the hot tub so we figured we'd better get going. He was awake when we got out of the hot tub, but apparently he fell asleep on the walk over to our stuff...
