September Update

Elijah had his two year appointment last Friday. He weighs 24 lbs (7th percentile) and is 33" (13th percentile) tall, so still a little small for his age. That's okay-it makes it easy on Mommy when she needs to carry both boys (like when we're running late in the morning and I have to carry both of them in to daycare). He is still a picky eater, though that seems to be only at home. At daycare he seems to eat whatever Kim makes... At home his favorites are pancakes, waffles, grilled cheese, mac 'n cheese, and pizza. His favorite activities are still reading, coloring, and playing with Seth. He's still in a crib-not sure when we'll convert his crib to a bed. So far he's still happy there, so I figure we'll leave him until he's not happy. He loves to talk, and is good at putting words together into longer sentences. He's still not much of a TV watcher, though he'll stop from time to time while playing to see what's on-especially if he hears a familiar voice like Elmo or music.
