Elijah had the privilege to "pin" his Daddy today! Chris was promoted to Staff Sergeant today, and we went to the formation to watch him get promoted. Elijah came up with me and got to slap the rank onto Daddy's uniform. After he hit Daddy, he said "Go bye-bye?" so I guess he wasn't too impressed. Maybe when Daddy's extra $$ starts getting him extra toys he'll understand.... :)After the formation, we went to the Lakeview Inn & Suites where Daddy was staying, and went swimming for a little while. After Daddy got there, we went and ate, and then went swimming a little more. The pool there wasn't near as nice (or warm) as the Ramada, so the boys didn't enjoy it near as much-too bad!
