Daddy's Home!!

After 4 weeks of being gone in California for a military school, Chris is finally home!! On Wednesday night, the boys and I got a hotel room at the Ramada since Chris was flying in on the 11:30pm flight. We figured then he'd be close enough for a taxi ride, as we were NOT getting up to go get him (2 screaming babies out late at night...no thank you!). We picked up Destiny on our way into GF, and called Carrie and the girls to come over and swim. The kids all had fun swimming together, and swam until 9:00! It was nice to catch up with Carrie-the last time I saw her was Jade's First Communion back in May. The older girls swam with Destiny in the big pool while Samara and Elijah played in the kiddie pool. Both boys loved the water, probably because it was really warm. We even went swimming again the next morning so that Dad could swim with the boys. Seth loved to be in his floaty, and would kick his feet-so cute! Elijah didn't care too much for his, and would rather do his own thing in the kiddie pool.
