Yesterday was Seth's first try at solids-rice cereal. He was really hungry, so perhaps it wasn't the best time to try, but oh well. Everytime the spoon would get near Seth's mouth, he would attack it like it was his bottle. He'd try to suck on the spoon, and then after the rice cereal would get in his mouth, he'd push the cereal out with his tongue. I'm thinking we'll try in another week, hopefully by then he won't play around with his tongue so much. He also kept trying to grab the spoon and shove it in his mouth, which made feeding him a little more difficult. At least he seemed to enjoy it...
